    How much does driveway and patio cleaning cost?

    Driveway, path and patio cleaning is priced on the area we treat and the treatment the surface needs, so the fairest way to give a figure is to measure the surface. The tool above lets you draw around your driveway, paths and patio on a satellite image and see guide prices straight away, using the same price tables we work from.

    How the price is worked out

    1. Find your full property address and open the satellite map on your house.
    2. Draw around each surface you want cleaned - driveway, patio, paths or steps.
    3. Choose the treatments: a Bristle Clean for moss and heavier build-up, an Instant Clean soft wash for algae, lichen and organic staining, Regrowth Protection to slow regrowth, and Weed Control for emergent weeds.
    4. See your guide price including VAT, then request a call so we can confirm it with you.

    What changes the price

    • The measured area in square metres - larger surfaces cost more in total but less per square metre.
    • How heavy the moss, algae, lichen and organic staining is, as heavier growth usually needs a Bristle Clean before the soft wash.
    • The surface itself - block paving, concrete, tarmac, natural stone and gravel all behave differently.
    • Whether you add Regrowth Protection or seasonal Weed Control to keep the surface looking clean for longer.
    • Access to the property and where we can set up, which we check on the first visit.

    It depends on the area and the condition. As a guide, an Instant Clean soft wash on a 100 square metre driveway is £292 including VAT, and a Bristle Clean on the same driveway is £164.08. Measuring your own driveway in the tool above gives you a figure for your property, and we confirm it with you over the phone.

    Prices are similar, but the result is not. Pressure washing only removes what sits on the surface, while soft washing uses low pressure and a specialist product so the material underneath stays intact and the clean lasts longer.
