We are an independent and family-run exterior cleaning business, from the same team behind Shrekfeet Independent Lawncare, the South's highest trust-rated independent lawncare specialist. We help homeowners so the outside of their property looks its best year-round. Careful methods, clear communication and a service you can rely on.
Why We Love Cleaning exists
I started We Love Cleaning after more than a decade of experience delivering home services through Shrekfeet Independent Lawncare.
Over the years, our customers regularly asked whether we could help with other parts of their property, or whether we knew anyone we could recommend. Because they trusted us to look after their lawns, they also trusted us to point them towards the right people for the rest of their home.
Those conversations mattered to us. Our customers were not simply looking for somebody to make a dirty surface look better. They wanted someone who would understand their property, explain what was needed and do what they said they would do.
We wanted to support our customers more fully and offer the same clear communication, reliable service and consistent standards beyond the lawn.
Exterior cleaning was the service we were most often asked about, so we decided to build it ourselves.
A more considered approach to exterior cleaning
When you invite someone to work around your home, you should feel confident that they understand what they are doing and will treat your property with care.
Exterior cleaning can be more involved than it first appears. Different surfaces, types of growth and property conditions need different approaches. We do not believe every surface should simply be treated with force.
We are soft-washing specialists rather than a one-size-fits-all pressure-washing service. We use carefully selected treatments and controlled rinsing to deal with organic growth, staining and surface contamination while reducing unnecessary wear on the material underneath.
Where appropriate, we patch test surfaces and assess the condition of the property before work begins. We are fully insured and trained, and we take responsibility for making sure the work is properly understood, properly planned and carried out as agreed.
Where ongoing work is arranged, we aim to keep the same technicians involved so that the history of your property is not lost between visits.

From your first enquiry onwards, we aim to keep things straightforward and make sure you know where you stand.

2. A conversation about your property
We speak with you over the phone to work out how we can help with your property and, where possible, provide your pricing there and then - so you know where you stand before anyone visits.
3. Scheduling your visit
Once you are happy with the price, we set you up with a customer account, schedule your first visit and let you know before we arrive.
4. Work completed on the first visit
When we arrive, we confirm everything discussed in your quote on site and carry out the work that same visit. Once the work is complete, billing and invoicing are handled automatically. You can also request before-and-after photographs of the work carried out.
